One UI 8 Beta

Anyone join the said beta program? I'm a bit skeptical. To join or not to join, what's your take? 🤔💭

I joined yesterday, and not noticed a huge difference.

But there is one thing I like already. In Split screen having a 90/10 split and being able to go between those two apps alternating been 90/10 splits is great.

Yes i did yesterday
So far so good and its stable at the moment.
But bugs can happen at any time.
Remember that this is not an update and is developmental software
So if its your only phone and you rely on banking apps etc
I would advise not downloading it
If like me it's your second and not main phone. I did go for it as bugs in software won't bother me

Hi @Calidaley Certainly  Samsung requires  a number of Beta Testers to report issues and feedback experience, consider though if it is suitable for your needs.  I would say it is not really recommended for your daily Driver or if you do not have a spare Device. know some ignore this advice and may be ok but it is a risk.    In recent years Betas  have run a bit more smoothly but there will be Bugs.  At the end of the day it is your decision though.

Depends. Ui8 beta is for those who aknowlege this is beta testing- it may not be stable and may have issues, as thats what its for- for us to test and report.

The ui7 beta was full of complaints and anger- people don't tend to read and make it others problem
