Now Bar Missing on lock screen

Is anyone else facing this, my now bar is missing I didn't change any settings or have a software update it was working an hr ago

Now bar doesnt show up 100% of the time- not supposed to. Start a timer- (clock- stopwatch) and see if it shows on lock screen?

Yes it does i think the bar only shows when there is a activity or an app running in the background
