New phone want to transfer over my watch but will not connect and I do not want to reset my watch. Please can someone help as its getting irritating.

If your old and new phone use the same Google and Samsung account, you should just be able to press "transfer to new device" within the watch, then pair it to the new phone. I had some trouble when I transfered mine but after my phone finished setting itself up and updating everything, it connected fine

Still won't work had to rest the phone and it still won't work

I had to reset the watch and setup from backup on the new phone
I know a number of others have had to do the same
Can't understand why it won't transfer
But that's what I had to do

It might be beneficial to submit feedback via your Samsung Members App to see if Samsung can help @swm91 

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.  

How to_wipe_cache_on the watch.  May help.

I found i was stuck as well. This was until I had entered the web browser and 'logged into google' account.

On default there was no sign in for google. As soon as I had logged in it then worked OK.

Have you used the Samsung web browser yet ?

Hi guys thanks for your help. I managed to sort it i had to reset the watch and then I had to use my email address as the Gmail one would not work.

Still not working for me. I try adding the email and it's complaining the email account already exist on the phone

If I remember correctly I had tobuse my other email because the Google one was doing that

I even created a brand new Gmail account but still it's not liking it 😞
