Lock screen notifications

Hi all, after new update notifications on my lock screen has no information rather than the app logo, tried everything checked all settings all correctly done but still nothing. Any solutions please

You just see an app logo when notification for it arrives on lock screen? Did you restart the phone, wipe phone cache partition?

Trying to do the cache partition but i can't go in to recovery mode buttons not working and I don't have computer to do this? Please help

Have you tried restarting the phone.next to the settings button in the notifications panel there should be a power button next to it,you should be able to restart the phone without the use of the power or volume button.if you don't have have a pc you could try the Internet cafe.i hope this helps

🤔have you tried going to the notification pop up style,there's an option for brief and detailed.

I did yes not working, I have 3x s25 ultra one of them is ok but other two not working. Checked all three settings they all same

🤔have you went to notification settings and made sure all apps allowed to send you notification.Have you turned of do not disturb.this is a last resort if all else fails,i would suggest deleting the software update and then reinstall it.if you do decide to do this you must back up all your data so that you don't lose anything.i hope one of these fixes your problem
