Good Evening All.

After much deliberation on whether to buy the Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra I decided to pull the trigger.

Best dessision this year 😉

Will join you soon with a s25 ultra 1tb in titanium black.

Probably go with the same spigen screen protector. Great value with two pieces in the pack. How is the screen protector ragarding fingerprint sensor, touch sensitivity and case?

Hi @Thomas André   👋

Congratulations on your purchase 👏

Wow a 1Tb version 👍 I typically opt for the 512gb option which I never fill.

Spigen Products has been my go to screen protector for a while now due to the way it does not diminish the accuracy of the Fingerprint Biometrics ,and in that it's super easy to fit due to the cradle.

Tip > Ensure there's no in-transit dust particles inside the cradle too as well as the phone's display.

I used the same Screen Protector on my Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra.

In regards to the Spigen Neo One Case I love the teardown image, and it's snug and has good lip protection.

All the cut outs are precise and the sPen is easy to remove.

I always like to go for a case with individual lens cut outs.

😎

Hi @Thomas André

I've been considering the Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra for quite a while ever since the leaks showed what it was all about from IceUniverse on x.

Then from the Samsung Unpacked Event I did like what was unveiled.

My initial thoughts were do I need the phone or do I want it 🤔

Is this an incremental update or not.

So initially I thought it'll be a No , and discussed this on previous threads here on the forum.

Fast forward to having actual hands on in various Highstreet Stores to get a feel for the phone.

So back to do I need a new phone  ~ No as my Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra is in pristine condition.

Do I want this new phone ~ Yes because I'm a phone person.

And to add in my o2 Contract I have a section that is called o2 Switch up which is where I can swap phone's every 90 days if I wish.

I have deside for the 1tb since I will be keeping this one for 7 pluss years. Comming from a s7 edge with limited storage, I now will go full out and save no expense 🙂

I will be installing the spigen screen protector right out of the box so no dust or fingerprints have the chance to get on the screen. And then register the fingerprint sensor during the initial setup and smart switch process. And that spigen case looks awesone. I might add that to the case drawer. The main case I will go with is a flip cover wallet style case from dux ducis Skin X Pro Series Folio Magnetic Case with 360° Ring Stand for maximum protection. And I don't feel that lens protector are necessary with this kind of cases. And might also interfere with the precise cutouts.

Regarding the spigen case,  is the borders made of hard plastic or a softer tpu material?

Hi @Thomas André

The bumpers are soft Tpu that provide really good grip.

I do consider the 1Tb options but typically opt for the 512Gb as I find that ample for my needs.

I also use Google Photo's with 100Gb of vault storage.

I haven't used or seen that case so I'd be very interested in a review if you would 🤞

When you remove the in-transit cover from the phone,  and get the screen protector ready do still give it a once over with the dust removal stickers......... just in case.

I used Spigen Ez fit canera lens protectors on my Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra, but feel i won't need these on my Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra this time around.

Congratulations on the purchase of your new phone 📱

I will give my thoughts on the case for u 😊 will keep that in mind when installing the spigen screen protector.

I am alomst sold on the spigen case. Based on the images and videos I thought it had hard edges and bordes. I prefer the soft tpu material on the sides to prevent scratches and bump protection.

I fil the lens protector is more of you dont use a case. Most cases have a lip. Why is the main reason you didn't get them for the s25u?

Look forward to reading your review @Thomas André

In regards to the camera lens protectors I now don't feel they are needed as I did when I fitted them on the s²⁴ Ultra.

Possibly went overkill on protection  😇
