To be fair he did have to use a blade to prise them off. 

They are an aesthetic ring to help protect the canera lenses @Bharwah

Yeah dont mind but cant lie after getting the s25u my s23u feels more premium other than that im happy with every upgrade, its a bit of a shame to know they glued it down , would of expected higher quality build but 👍

So my question is, does it affect the phone? Well, I don't think so

Yeah I saw that. What I didn't understand though was the definition of them being "fake".
They're on there for cosmetic reasons and do seem to serve that purpose.

Needed quite a bit of prising too, considering it was lifting the back of the phone off at one point.
Don't think they will come off in a hurry.

Some people have lost their minds, the rings are not going to come off easily, accident or not.

Yeah like people said it has a purpose to protect the camera, now hear me out i put the camera protector rings on , if i need to take it off i hope it doesn't pry the original one off if you understand my point

They are so glued on i don't think you'll have an issue i normally get a case that is higher than the camera lenses so gives them better protection
