How to change the new media player to the old position.

I just upgraded to a s25 ultra from my s23, and with this new software it seems the position media player for Spotify or any other music player has moved. Is there a way to get it like it used to be. I've tried messing around with the settings and moving it around but it doesn't show in 1 swipe like it used it to. Its a massive inconvenience. 

Can only see the media playing when I swipe down twice

It used to be here in the notifications when you swipe down.

Its not the same. Because the media player still doesn't show on the notifications panel. You now have to swipe twice to get the media player. You used to only have to swipe once
