In some previous years the hardware has been received slightly early. There are no guarantees of course, and those that preordered very early on might get a better priority.
Bearing in mind the official release day is 7th Feb, it is very likely they will be a bit earlier. The date i have is 1st February, but I won't know until that despatch notice has been sent.
Some of the community are reporting their order status is 'preparing for despatch'. However it might sit there for a number of days.
The early adaptors probably have a very real chance of getting their s25 at the end of this week.
'exclusive' colours can also add a bit of delay sometimes... the stock colours are often earlier.
