My IT cleaned the cache, deleted data, uninstall the app and spent hours setting up from scratch all my email accounts. The problem did not go away on my S24 Ultra. In desperation I bought a brand new S25 Ultra. Clean phone, only Google Samsung and Google account on it and the same behavior on much newer Samsung email app. Contacting Samsung is a nightmare. Tech support does not believe that the issue exists and verification is tricky. My phones may work properly for hours, or may produce the issue several times in a row within seconds. Very frustrating. I sent two notifications to MS hoping that they will check on that with Samsung. No feedback.

This is not the first time the problem surfaced. Over the years it happened several times. In most of the cases it was connected to some major MS servers outages caused by different issues. However, the situation was under control in a matter of a few days. This time it is three weeks and there is no fix.

Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community.

I don't believe there's a way around this. Specifically, for my university and work email, it asks me almost every time. I've mostly ignored it, as I believe it's due to security features and how Samsung's security makes the phones untraceable. I had the same issue on my iPhone before my S25 Ultre. These issues are normally related to security on the accounts themselves- hence doesnt happen on personal (in my case)

Weirdly, it stopped happening on my university email after I started using the authenticator app on my phone and the Outlook app.

I had this issue last week. Went on for a few hours.
Kept asking me to sign in, authentication failed..
Then, couple of hours later, all fine and working

Hello 👋 @marius_1

I sometimes experience this if my Network Connection is weak at Home, so changing to Home Wi-Fi changed this from happening.

So a weak connection would be the issue.

May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
