Got my S25 Ultra two weeks ago and have issues with video links that are sent to me from friends via e-mail or text. I click on the link and the intended video will come up for a brief moment and then totally redirects to some other random video. I've also texted and e-mailed myself video links as a test and the same thing happens. I went to the Verizon store today and they had me clear the cache in the YouTube app, then tested in the store and worked fine after three attempts. Get back home and try again after a few hours and back to the same nonsense. All of my Apps are up to date. My old Samsung Note 8 never had these issues. Has anyone else experienced this same scenario? Not sold on this "flagship" phone so far.

Hello 👋 @u2zeke
Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for UK and Ireland Members.
No I haven't experienced this issue personally with my Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra.
I use the Samsung eMail App and Samsung Text App ,which when I tap on a link I trust this takes me to the attached video.
In your search bar type in Default Apps and then in the options will be Opening Links.
Follow that to see if those settings are OK.
It might be beneficial to conduct a forum search in your own section of the forum to see if others have expressed the same issue.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I'm using Google Messages and the Gmail app, maybe that's where the issue is? Even then, Google should have a seamless connection (at least I should think)?
