Galaxy S25 Ultra Screen Glitch

Hi

I opened my phone yesterday and found an issue with my camera.

When using WhatsApp and once you try video call I can see horizontal and vertical lines on the right side then they disappear.

I checked with my friend and he has the same issue.

Could anyone confirm if you can see this issue in your phone?

Some reports from Techradar that nigh shots on the cam are showing white lines but they are kind of confirming its not a hard ware issue but software glitch which is going to be fixed in an update. When who knows - and the above is only speculation from what I have read elsewhere. I could not replicate the error you have had.

Thanks for your reply, Samsung asked my friend to send his device for replacement and if you can't replicate this is WhatsApp then I suspect it's HW fault, will wait until my friend gets his new device and check.

Maybe with this error yes as the one I was speaking off was for night shots on the cam only. I have a watsapp call later so will check again - but usually using messenger for video calls, and have not noticed any errors with that. Would be cr @ p if it turns out to be a common HW fault.

is that when you click on the video call and see it for a split second, it disappears as it is converted to a full video call. I think I am also experiencing it as well

another issue which I just witnessed in some lines( which are like a low light lines) keep appearing on the front-facing camera on whatsapp call

Yes that's correct, I didn't see the other issue yet, will wait for WhatsApp to issue new update and see if the issue will be resolved or not

Hi, I can confirm. I have the same case. Please see the screenshot. We should inform WhatsApp somehow about the glitch; I don't think Samsung has anything to do with that.

Yes I bought S25 last week and I too have same issue...especially while trying to make whatsapp call and during the call
