On every single Android Phone I used so far, it was possible to schedule turning off the Work Profile (or Work Apps as Samsung calls the toggle). On my previous 3 phones it was done through Digital Wellbeing, following this guide:
https://support.google.com/work/android/answer/7029561?hl=en
However, this feature is not available on the Samsung version of "Digital Wellbeing".
It is also completely impossible to schedule turning on or off the Work Profile using the various routines and other actions, even with the Routines+ module from GoodLock.
I think it's very important to add this feature, especially considering there is an Enterprise Edition of the S25 series, and it should be possible for the user to schedule the Work Profile.
Personally, I think this feature is mandatory because I don't want to turn it on\off manually, that would mean risking losing important notification if I don't turn it on and an important work notification arrives, and losing my sanity if I don't turn it off before the weekend.
As a matter of fact, the lack of a way to schedule the work profile is a dealbreaker for me as this is supposed to be my daily driver, work and personal phone. I am seriously considering returning or reselling the phone over this. It is VERY important for me to have this feature.

Seriously, you should have added this a long time ago!

Hi all,
The developers have got back to us on this one. They've advised that there are no immediate plans to add a Work Profile/Work Apps scheduling feature to Digital Wellbeing - but they have noted the suggestion and demand here for a Work Profile/Work Apps scheduling functionality overall.

Let's hope this is real and not a copypaste response to shut the request up for a while.
Anyway, this possobility is not in the latest one ui 8 beta yet so I assume it is a copypaste respose and that the feature (which is a basic android feature that existed for ages in every other phone except Samsung) will not be added (restored) any time soon.

My solution - is to change the phone. I'm waiting for the next April, when my contract is done, and I will switch back to Pixel. It was a refreshing reminder why I decided to abandon Samsung in the first place long time ago - starting from late Android updates, quality of photos shoot on their flagman devices, and now this.

That sucks. It should have been immediate.

Would it be possible to check with the developers for modes & routines to add this instead? Or perhaps routine+ from goodlock. There are multiple ways in which this can be addressed.

I've been using Nova launcher for many years. Most recently on S23+, S24+ and S25 Ultra. Nova has a couple of built-in features that isolates Office 365 Work apps from the Apps folder and also a button to Turn off work apps. Should not be difficult to setup a routing incorporating on/off schdule with it.

I got the OneUI8 update and still no way to schedule the work profile. As of right now, I'm dealing with this and setting up the snooze feature on Outlook & Teams, but other work apps that I use do not allow snoozing or muting notifications during certain hours. This is immensely annoying when I have my weekend ruined by a work profile notification, vice versa it is immensely annoying when I forget to turn on the work profile manually and miss work notifications during the day.
I also tried Automate and other similar apps, I can't get it to work no matter what, at this point I think that the script interacting with turning off and on the work profile needs to be root, as even elevated execution trickery using Shizuku and similar is not working, but I am not going to root the phone (assuming it's still possible, I heard Samsung has permanently locked the bootloader with OneUI8).
I will not be getting another Samsung phone if this feature is not added. Stock Android had it since forever, even low tier phones support scheduling the work profile since at least Android 8, probably even earlier. It is very important to have this feature for everyone who uses the phone with a personal & work profile, and there is no reason why the feature shouldn't be there since it's a stock android feature. Maybe Samsung should stop adding pointless bs and useless AI gimmicks and bring feature parity with Stock Android for important features like this one for people who use the phone as a work device and not just a toy to make creepy AI art.
