Hi Team, I am unable to open WhatsApp, and every time I try, it shuts down automatically, and an error pops up The WhatsApp keeps stopping.

Below are the solutions which I have tried on my Samsung S25 Ultra

1- Force stop

2- cache delete

3- Reinstalling the WhatsApp

4- Software updated and restarted my phone

5- Deletion of Data

After trying all these things still I am not able to open WhatsApp on my mobile device.

Please check and help.

Hi @Sarthaksd and warm welcome 👋

Try wipe cache partition of the phone.

Try install WhatsApp businesses and see if that would work.

Hi! Welcome to the samsung members community!!

Boot your S25 Ultra into Safe Mode. This will temporarily disable all third-party apps. If WhatsApp works in Safe Mode, a conflicting app is likely the cause.

• To enter Safe Mode: Power off your phone, then power it on. When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the volume down button until the phone finishes booting.

If WhatsApp works in safe mode, then begin uninstalling recently downloaded applications, one by one, until the problem is solved.

Use the Samsung Members app to run a full diagnostic scan of your phone's hardware and software. This can identify any underlying issues that might be affecting WhatsApp.

Although less likely, there might be temporary server issues on WhatsApp's end. Check online to see if other users are reporting similar problems.

Maybe try clearing cache partition;
1. Turn off the device. Connect it to the computer. Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the Power key.
2. When the Android logo appears, release both keys. 3. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
4. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight "wipe cache partition".
5. Press the Power key to select.
6. Press the Volume down key to highlight "yes," then press the Power key to select.

Contact WhatsApp support directly. They might be able to provide specific troubleshooting steps or identify any known issues.

Might be WhatsApp issue seen few other people with same issue about WhatsApp crashing, but WhatsApp businesses works fine, might reach out to WhatsApp directly and report the issue.

Also you could try go to settings > apps > 3 dots in the corner > reset app preferences
