Does Anyone Use Smart Switch for Backups?

For my Samsung S25 I backup the phone to the Samsung cloud and turn off Google backup. I also plan to use the PC Smart Switch Store app to backup the phone to my PC. Does anyone have experience of backing up and recovering their phone from a PC backup and were there any problems?

Only once used pc backup and worked fine

I've always used Smart Switch on both a Windows and MacBook laptop with no issues. Just make sure your don't use the phone or handle it during the process so as to avoid disconnection.
