Can 'Voice Recorder' transcribe third party's m4a audio files?

If 3rd party's recorded m4a files are placed in the same folder where Voice Recorder stores its recoded files, can these files be transcribed via the Voice Recorder?

Try to place it in. It will either work or not. Assuming 3rd party file is not encrypted and or using some other proprietary format

The best thing to do is try. Try move your file into voice recorder

In my S25 Ultra, I did place m4a files in Internal storage --> Recordings --> Voice Recorder
This is the folder where Voice Recorder stores its files.
When I opened the Voice Recorder, it was showing all the files recorded via the Voice Recorder, but not showing the files which I manually added into the folder.
Therefore, no success.
Any solution?
