Can't remove background image with selfie insta and Whatsapp

This is very strange. When I open the camera in WhatsApp message or insta in selfie mode, there is a photo from my gallery as a background image.

When I go to the settings effects, filters and background are set to none.

If I choose a background, the photo from my gallery is still there with the selected background.

In the normal camera without an app, there is no background image in the selfie.

Only when I use the selfie in WhatsApp and Insta???

Does anybody knows how to solve this?

Is the logo in the first image white? If so click it and drag the circles to the off *also an image

Okay... Solved...

I saw suddenly in insta selfie a camera icon at the top, I swiped down, and it says video effects are performed. I clicked the message and get some setting. There I choosed background and set it to none.

Background image is gone, also in WhatsApp. Strange settings...
