Can't preorder S25 ultra - location

Hi All

I am from Jersey (Channel Island) and trying to pre order a S25 ultra but it says cannot deliver to address. Has anyone got this issue?

I've cone across people on the network forums who have had similar issues with having a phone delivered to that region @Prii27 

Have you had phone's delivered before OK 🤔 

Something to do with the postcode not registering. 

Can you perhaps have it delivered to work or somewhere else if convenient.

Not sure if Samsung have a carrier that delivers to the Channel Islands I heard a few mentioned this last year when the S24 series came out and had problems buying one.
