Yes it is, one ui home is the default launcher app for samsung phones, the total usage time will match up with the time you last stopped charging your phone.

The screen on is how long you have stared at your home or lock screen , or messed around with your phone without being in an app

And the background usage is time you havn't been staring at your home or lock screen but obviously the launcher needs to stay active at all times.

To get your general battery results and not just for the UI launcher app, you can goto settings - battery - view details, under time since last charged

You're getting pretty decent battery here. Nothing to be concerned about.

You could perform a Reset battery settings if you wanted to be sure

First, turn off Auto Blocker then follow these instructions EXACTLY as written

Using the Samsung Phone App (not the Google one)

Dial *#9900# then scroll down to battery stats reset. Click then restart your phone.

Turn Auto Blocker back on

Restart device

Wait 14 days for battery optimisation to complete.
