Open the phone app, go to recents, click the call of the number you want to block, press the circle with the 3 lines to the right, press block at the bottom right.

If you want to manually enter a number to block, open the phone app, press the 3 dots top right, settings, block numbers, type in a number, press the plus button to block it

It should do, you need to go though your phone settings the S25 series have that settings like all S series models do.

Using the Smart call function with the with Hiya  you can Block All Spam and call calls or only the high risk  ones.  Go to Call Settings-Caller ID and Spam Protection,tap on that and choose preferred option. https://www.samsung.com/uk/apps/smart-call/

To Block specific numbers after you have received a call go to Call Settings-Block Numbers,can block calls from Unkown numbers or Add the phone Number,can filter via Recents or Contacts . More detail here https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002869/

Open phone app > 3 dots in the corner > settings > block numbers > now you have options to block from recent calls or contacts, you can also block calls from unknown numbers.

Or select contact or recent callers individually > 3 horizontal lines > block (at the bottom)
