My travel plans for July include a trip to China, and I've purchased the Insta360 Flow 2 Pro AI-Tracker Bundle Gimble. Could you recommend any additional accessories?

I'd say take a good sized powerbank and back up charging cables. 

If you haven't already look at the Expert Raw app too.

I definitely also recommend power packs
I like to take more portable power packs with the
Usually 3 of them.
Can carry a couple in my backpack and they are still lite enough
That way im not stuck trying to get one large power pack to charge up enough.
Always have a spare.
Also take a spare screen protector if I have a glass one on. Just in case I break it.
A small travel tripod I find handy. Especially if it doubles as a selfie stick as well

I would make sure you have 45w charging brick, and one 20000 power bank should be enough
