A couple of weeks ago I got a voicemail notification but I do not have any voicemails. I have tried clearing the data and cache in ALL phone related apps. That's: Call, Call Services, Call Settings, CallBGProvider, CallContentProvider, Phone, Phone calls, Phone Services and a couple more. I also called my carrier and so far nothing has fixed it. Clearing the data on Phone Services clears the notification temporarily, after about 10 minutes or after a restart the notification appears again. How do I remove this notification?

I had this problem a while ago, what I did was to call my phone and leave myself a voicemail. Then I listened to it and deleted my voicemail like normal and the notification icon disappeared, let me know if this solved your problem.

This is normally network driven @Peter2176

Try turning your voicemail off via your networks support pages. It's normally a short code you type in your phone app keypad.

Then soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On.

Then use the relevant short code to turn your voicemail back on.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎
