Good afternoon all,

As a lot of people are coming to the Samsung eco system from other various phones due to the launch of the S24 line up like myself, some features that we took for granted are not yet implemented by Samsung. I am talking in particular about:
Using your voice to stop and snooze alarms, reminders and answering/declining phone calls.

See on the pixel, when the alarm goes off, there is a suggestion of "Say snooze or stop" which allows you to snooze or stop the alarm without even looking at your phone.

When you have an incoming call, you can say "Answer" and the phone knows to even put the loudspeaker on because you couldn't pick up physically for whatever reason. This is extremely useful when you are working on something, cooking or generally doing something and the phone starts ringing from within arms reach. You can also say "Decline"

Both of these features are exceptionally useful on a daily basis and it's potentially something people are not even aware of, so hopefully this post will either get people aware of this feature and I would love to see an implementation by Samsung, or I will get pointed in the direction of this feature already existing, either way it would be a very useful and handy implementation into the Samsung eco system.

Please let me know if I am missing something like this on the Samsung. If not, I would love to see this be brought into our Samsung devices to enjoy!

Have a wonderful day.

I think you can use your voice to do a variety of things on your phone.

Bixby is one service you can use.

As far as I am aware, Bixby does not have or allow these features? I will look into it further, thanks

In Bixby settings, you can enable Talk to Bixby without wake-up.

I switched to a pixel 2 years ago after having Galaxy phones for 15(?} years... I absolutely love it, I love the ease of voice commands. No Bixby needed, just straight up voice commands. The only thing I don't Like is it's propensity to overheat. The camera and voice commands though are really the bomb!

If You remember way back when, you could use voice commands to turn off the alarm or snooze with a Galaxy S3.

After that they dropped voice commands.

They need this feature back desperately.         I can't dismiss reminders; I use BIXBY for EVERYTHING so I have 70+ reminders go off daily; imagine hearing my phone every 3 seconds a new reminder but I can't get to the phone as I'm doing something--so we need to just say Dismiss...it will go away! Also: if I'm talking to my boss and it's going off I can easily say dismiss versus trying to find my phone and then try to swipe it--which never works, you have to swipe 5 times before you get it to stop.

MUST, MUST: ★DO ALL VOICE FEATURES YOU POSSIBLY CAN!!!!!!!  (←Samsung/Bixby)

(Thank you! You're amazing)

I agree, it's a pain especially when you come from the easier pure Google UI of the Pixel where you can just say 'snooze' or 'stop'.  They should bring the feature back.  I'm even using all the Google apps (clock, calendar, mail etc) and have ignored the Samsung apps mostly (and not interested in Bixby or whatever it is).
