Update

I bought this samsung about 4 days ago, and I can see that it's not receiving any update since March and whenever I try to check if there is any update, it will show its up to date, pls any help

Where did you buy your device? Was it new or used?

I suspect it is out of region so you'll likely need to use SmartSwitch to see if you can pull updates through that way.

Ok it is likely that you're using a US model. We have seen this a few times of late on here

If it is out of region, not much else you can do.

Suggest you call Samsung Customer Services and see what they advise
