UI 7 Update, How do I get my pull down settings back.

I actually don't mind the new update, except...

I regularly use the pull down to turn on and off my bluetooth, wifi, and flashlight.

This function is no longer working... and I am too old to go to the settings workaround every time.

Please put it back.

Not any longer. You have to pull down from the top Rt corner, and the phone now has to be unlocked for the torch to be accessed.

This is so user unfriendly, I can't believe it saves battery or memory and is completely unhelpful for neurodivergent people or those with memory issues, or those who respond to non-visual clues.

Terrible move Samsung, please put the icon labels back.
