Have you tried contacting the insurance company?
If in the UK, have you tried contacting the company you bought the phone from?
Have you tried SmartSwitch?
SmartSwitch usually installs the latest firmware available for the phone.

OXM is multi CSC.
The MEO is meant to be for Portugal. However, it could still be a phone for the UK. CPW is card phone warehouse.
Where did you buy the phone from? The company which sold you the phone is responsible for it. If they sold you a phone which is not for the UK market, they must set right.
