Hi.

I normally have my background data and auto video loading off for social media apps as they can really deplete the battery.

Youtube as you say is fine and if you use headphones it saves even more battery.

Also location is off or when app opened for most of the social media apps as well.

If you do see one off my other posts I get well over 8 hours SOT easily specially on WiFi.

You need to go into respective app settings.

Also permission manager.

I use S24+, quite okay SoT as I use it almost always on WIFI, but on 4G/5G, I don't get anywhere near these figures. The difference between WIFI and cellular data is as day and night

It is because it's on WIFI, I presume yours is on cellular data and WIFI
