I've been having the exact same issue. I thought it was just switching through the lenses last, but today it started just going from 1x to 30x almost instantly with no stability at all.

Still having the video stabilization issues on snapchat seems to only be the rear cameras. I've found a work around, if you go into directors mode on snapchat the video stabilization works... Super strange they haven't fixed this issue yet with their latest flagship. Especially because snapchat and Samsung are partners! C'mon guys can't be that hard to fix...
