I am using a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. While using One Ul 6, my device worked perfectly without any issues. However, after updating to One Ul 7, I started experiencing serious overheating problems:
1. The phone gets extremely hot while charging.
2. During video calls, the device heats up quickly and becomes uncomfortable to use.
3. When recording videos, the phone overheats and shows a notification saying: "Device is overheating. Please wait until it cools down before use."
4. Sometimes, the video recording stops automatically due to overheating.
These issues never happened on One Ul 6, and they started only after upgrading to One UI 7.
