As long as the repair is performed by an authorised Samsung Service Centre then yes your repair will be guaranteed and won't affect the 2 year limited Manufacturer's warranty.
The phone will also retain it's IP Rating.
Timeframe on repairs can vary due to factors such as parts and engineers availability, and the amount of repair jobs before yours.
