I have been using Samsung's built in calendar app, and it is set to sync with Samsung Cloud and Google calendar. If I make an event in Google calendar, even in PC browser, the calendar app will sync it FROM Google calendar. However, it does not sync TO Google calendar even when I press Sync now.
But what's even more serious, it does not push any data to Samsung's own cloud, eventhough I have set Samsung Cloud so that it syncs Calendar data. When I sign in to Samsung Cloud on browser, I can see that this setting is on. I have set only Notes and Calendar apps to sync to Cloud, and you can see below that Notes sync works but Calendar has never synced any data, and I have had this phone over year now!

I have to mention that backing up calendar data to cloud works; I just tested that it shows in cloud as backed up data fom calendar. However, synced data does not show anything.
I don't really understand why there even is synced and backup data separately in cloud; why cannot it use just the same storage for both purposes(?)
But anyway, the biggest problem is that I cannot see calendar data from my phone with any other device using sync. So I guess I have to start using Google calendar app.

I'm trying to transfer calendar data across phones also. It says it's synced, but they're not. Would love to see if anyone can help
