S24 worst phone camera issues

Hi. I take photos as a part of my job as a PMU artist. Clients photos taken on the S24 make them look unwell with bruises under eyes and sickly skin! My clients don't look like that to the human eye! Looks as the camera decided to age them and create as much " ugly effect" as possible. I never filter work photos. I only show reality as my eye sees it but now I can't do that any more. Further away photos and video qualitu also sucks now. I swear my s22 was much better quality for photos and videos. I went to the Samsung flag shop in London kings Cross and techs there had no clue how to help. Any s24 savy techs here to help with changing the settings ?

THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS!!!! What's the problem with this camera???

The S24 looks to be a LEMON!!! Why haven't they fixed this??? I take close-up photos of CDs and different things to sell. THE PHOTO CAMERA DOESNT FOCUS THE WHOLE PICTURE!!! Try it on a DVD!!! The top of the DVD is not in focus or the bottom. It doesn't focus a whole photo with a close-up OR a distance shot. I take photos of things from a distance and the whole picture does not focus!!!! It loses focus slowly from the center out. All of this even after I attempt to focus the camera by holding the button to focus. On 3:4 , 9:16 , 1:1 , or Full.

My last camera was an S10e . IT TOOK A BETTER PICTURE WITHOUT HAVING TO FIDGET ANYTHING!!! POINT AND SHOOT!!!

Please fix it or be honest about NOT being able to fix it. Thanks.

I agree. I only owned samsung phones throughout the years and my S24+ is absolute trash. I made the jump from the S10+ and it seems like a downgrade.

Same. I hate that phone. Mura efect on thr screen and terrible photos in pro mode, they have low pixels with different colors. Also it can't focus properly in photos and videos. Idk if I should get the phone to repair service

Wish I'd read these reviews before buying this phone. The Google pixel 7 was far better for selfies and also for true colours. I should have upgraded.

Literally having the same problem had the phone only 1 month and didn't do any  content. Now l need to use it and the camera is terrible! Grainy, not clear, my old S22 was better. Absolutely gutted

Same just got the phone about 3 weeks ago and now discovered the camera is terrible and literally have the exact same problems as you. My old S22 was better. It's ridiculous

Thinking the same, l have had the phone less than a month and needed a decent camera. Thinking of calling up and complaining to see what they can do as it's not right and l will be stuck with this awful camera for 2 years
