S24 ultra updates

Hi. I have a S24 Ultra and the security and software has not been updated since 1st july 2024. I have been on samsung support and they say this is ok. Can anyone tell me if this is correct.

Where did you bought your phone from? Have you tried smart switch on your PC?
Mine one just got February 1st 2025 update.

Hi. I purchased it from Ebay. Smart switch said no update. This is the service provider info. Not sure if I should wait or return the phone.

MEO is not a code on my list I see.
It's not one from the UK
So suspect the phone is not in the region it's meant for.
Personally if you have just got the phone i would be looking at returning it

MEO apparently is Portugal.
So if you don't have access to a Portuguese SIM card and out of region. Unfortunately you won't get any updates
You can try a SIM card from another network provider as sometimes this can work
But ultimately you will continue with this issue with the phone

I would return the phone.
