S24 ultra doesn't have higher than the 6.1 One UI Version. Why?

My s24 Ultra doesn't have the new Samsung One UI 7 & 8 Updates. 

I am not sure why. But the security patch for One UI 6.1 I see here was March 1st 2025.

How do I get it updated?
