Been using my S24 Ultra for about 2 weeks now.  At first I've had no issues with it, but slowly my chargers have stopped working as well as my USB-C earbuds. I've had 3 different USB-C charging bricks stop working on my phone in the past week. I've tested these bricks and wires on other devices and they work perfectly, so why aren't they working on my phone? I also tested the earbuds on another device and they work just fine. Anyone else having issues like this and do I need a new phone to fix this??

Had my s24 2 months now and for the past 2 days it keeps saying moist in USB port and it's still doing it when charger not in today. Its not been near any water or taken in the bathroom. Tried several chargers and wireless and still coming up saying moist in USB port. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem

Having all the issues listed above happening to my s24

Moisture detector

USB connecting/ disconnecting notification

Now will only charge USB to USB-C

USB-C to C no longer works

No fast charging

Not able to charge with phone off as moisture detection warning comes up

Not about to boot in recovery as will not connect to a computer

I have followed all the things that may help support but nothing yet has worked.

Massively disappointed and all started approx 2 weeks ago after 5 months if great performance.

I also have a work phone which is a samsung and I am experiencing the same problems with that. 9hours to charge to 100 percent and now instead of lasting 4 days, due to limited actual use, it is running to 0 in one day.

Having the same issue, i've only had the phone now for a month and it kept saying that the charging port had moisture in it or dust and it hadn't, then next minute it kept saying that a USB-C was disconnecting and connecting when there was no wire attached to the phone, ive tried different plugs wires and nothing, seems to only charge in my PS5 or on a wireless charging dock, Samsung need to sort this quick and fast before they loose custom as this is one of the latest phones and its causing people alot of issues as many people out there need there phones either to contact family or medical reasons or even work so Samsung please sort this ASAP

yep im having that exact same issue mate, my phone chooses when it wants to work on my PC and other than that only way io can charge my phone is wireless charging dock and ive only had the phone for a month, i wouldnt mind but samsung will loose custom if the dont sort a fix out like ASAP, they need to read peoples issues and actually sort them, cos bringing new phones out aint going to make no difference, they need to fix current issues before bringing the new phones out so then they no what to look out for on new phones they bring out

Same issue here. USB to USB-C chargers work, but USB-C to USB-C chargers don't, so no fast charging. Did anyone find a solution?

I found a "solution." It's a workaround, actually.

In battery protection, I put in the maximum and started charging correctly with super fast charging.

I ended up with a water charging port message a few days later, even though the phone had not been exposed to water. I ended up spending the day trying to clear the message by cleaning the charging port using multiple methods and then eventually the error went away.

Now somehow, fast charging is working again correctly!

I'm not sure what was wrong or if the issue will return but ensure you spend some time trying to get your port clear even if it looks fine.
