Hello @toria1981 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋
May I ask does this issue happen everywhere or in a particular area 🤔
You could also reset the Network Connections via Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Connections.
Also sometimes removing the sim card and wiping the chip and referring it and or even try it in the secondary sim slot if a phone is dual sim can help.
To see if the issue is the sim can you try it in another phone.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Have you spoken to your network to see what signal is available in your area?

Perform this and your network will automatically send you a fresh set of APNs behind the scenes, takes a few seconds.
Then restart your device and see if things are any better.
