I lost my Enhanced Data Protection code, and I don't even want to recover it. I just want to regain access to making backups on Samsung Cloud, but every time I click to back up, it asks me for the code I requested.

So? Did Samsung forget to add the option to disable it without losing all data?

Others have had this exact issue, there is no way YOU can reset it and normal samsung won't do it. This person had luck using the contact us system. You will lose any backed up data, but the alternative samsung support says is to delete your whole account.

There is no way to not lose backed up data, as even samsung can't unlock it. Only options are hope samsung resets your backups or remake your samsung account (super last resort)
