Hi, how do I remove myself from the beta? I've following the steps shown in the application:

("Settings > One UI Beta Programme status > Withdraw" menu) - but this option isn't there?

The update has been paused and is not currently installed. Many thanks!

Yeah that's what I'm worried about, installing it just for the sake of opting out, then loosing all my data in the process

Unfortunately you lose data when you uninstall it. I think if you don't install it you should still get the update when it's official. If you can't unenroll then I'd ignore the beta till the final One UI 7 comes out. Then install the beta and you should then be able to install the final release.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking. I've a ticket open with members support so I'll see how that plays out. Also as a comment above said, not sure if it will impact any future updates since I've ignored it the whole time and potentially block any further updates from pulling though 😕

Like I said install it when the final release is out. Then you'll get the update.

Why join the beta programme in the first place if you have no intention of installing

If you read my previous comments you would've seen I was concerned with data loss. I was not aware of this beforehand. Thanks for your input 👍

Never lost any data on the betas either on Samsung or Apple, it's just a disclaimer of something that could happen.

I would like to issue a gentle reminder that one of the main purposes of the Samsung Community forums is for people to ask for assistance regarding any issues and/or queries they have.

We want this to be an open "talking shop" where everyone is made to feel welcome and comfortable in posting, and should not be subjected to name-calling. As such, I have edited your post to remove said name-calling.

The expectation on this forum is that members are respectful towards each other, and adhere to our Community Guidelines. "Be nice to other people in the Community, even if you disagree with them."
