Mine is the right way up. If I rotate the phone, the image remains the right way up.
You might like to try clearing the cache for the app.
Settings -> Apps -> Camera -> Force stop
Then
Settings -> Apps -> Camera -> Storage -> Clear Cache and/or Clear data.
