Posting photos to Gallery and Competitions

Hi there. I was going to upload a few photos etc to the gallery and also to one of the competitions I seen but don't see any links how to do do either.

Can anyone give me any advice?

For the comp, when you click on the competition it will show those who have added there photos, bottom right corner should be a link to add your own
