At this rate, other OEMs will release stable android 16 skins before S24 receives the stable one UI 7. Let's not even talk about one UI 7.1.

Reported on Forbes earlier today:

The timetable for the long-delayed Samsung deployment of Android 15 has now seemingly leaked—again, and it’s bad news for all current flagship users. While S24 users may get the beta next month (country-dependent, of course), S23 and S22 users will see further delays and S21 users may not get anything at all. As for the stable release, we know that’s not coming until next year to coincide with the S25.

To answer your question (which we have done above but as you want it more clearly)....

1. Why are Samsung taking so long (to release One UI7)
A. Because it isn't ready. It has a lot of bugs and if it were released with lots of bugs users across the world would complain.

2. When can we get it?
A. This is a customer to customer forum so we don't have inside information. The latest rumours are for a December beta but Samsung haven't confirmed.
