Can someone please enlighten me, as to why would Samsung see the need to mark their flagship phone as not eligible for the beta just cause it was bought on contract from a provider? How do the providers even modify the updates? It makes 0 sense

It does and has always been this way. Carrier devices come with carrier specific software which are not specifically made by Samsung and therefore cannot be guaranteed to function normally in the beta testing. These devices may need further testing and modifications to be functionally acceptable for an end user. Rather than delay the beta release by potentially several more months to allow for these devices to be acceptable beta candidates, Samsung opt to release the beta software to the user devices which possess predictable and complete Samsung compliance firmware devices so as to be less likely to cause any unexpected damages/loss to a customer's device or contents.

That's understandable, but certain carriers only provide one app, like I don't see anything other than EE app being on my phone directly from EE, so it's kinda confusing why certain carriers would be excluded, unless I'm unaware of what changes EE does its a bit baffling, as that would suggest, I myself could possibly not see Android 15 on a S24 Ultra for couple of months after S25 Ultra comes out 🤔

FWIW you really aren't missing out a great deal. Yes there are some new design changes to the UI and various apps, but functionally, there aren't any features or apps which are new or different. I understand people like to try new things however, so I understand the frustration. Just bare in mind, sometimes the betas do expand to more carrier devices, so just check your members app regularly for the invite just in case.

Yeah I'll keep a look out, because the UI changes is what interests me the most
