Yes if you swipe across on the top tile, on members app discover page to samsung newsroom, click on that and scroll down to a press release from 5th August it tells you the time line plans which could change, however this is from the "horses mouth", which third party apps use.

(Obviously still 3rd party but possibly the guid for those claims of next week/ this week?)

And no, i dont know how reliable this is or verified the claim of the link 'samsung said' but if we are to follow and believe what is said on that link then we should be expecting the update soon, if that answers your question somewhat op.

As mentioned  One  Ui 8 Beta is  scheduled  to roll out to the S24 series this week . According to some third party sources some Devices have received in ,tends to roll out to  regions at different times
