One UI 7 battery icon and notifications

Hi received the one UI 7 by biggest issue is the battery and notification icons on the the AOD.

It now shows battery on top right and notification on top left.

With previous the battery icon sat under the finger print sensor and notification under the AOD clock. I have tried messing about with good lock bit no joy in moving the icons. 

Has anyone managed to change them 

I think One UI 7 is garbage tbh with the new screen layout and icons look terrible.

and the apps scroll only up and down like a old dated android too. I been looking at my brothers s 24 ultra same thing they did this you to buy the iPhone 25 ultra aka s 25 ultra lmao🤣

You can change it to the old version in the app screen by clicking the three dots near the search bar, then selecting "sort," and finally choosing "custom order."

There's a way to put notifications on the lock screen like One UI 6. Settings - Lock screen notifications - Notification style (cards) - Hide content.

I sold my s 24 ultra last July and got a pixel 9 pro xl and my brother is 16 im 24 he just got a pixel 9 pro xl like mine today he was pissed off at ui 7 he ***** near took a ball ping hammer to his s 24 ultra 1 tb storage so I gave him 400 bucks for the s 24 ultra i was going through his s24u after he updated it to ui 7 I was even shocked at the hype and result of ui 7 I did find that setting custom order thanks👍I hated samsung for all the messy updates and lies but its not the device to hate its samsung they screwed us I will admit I miss the s pen feature I needed a device for work so ill use the s 24 ultra for that and ease on my google pixel 9 pro xl.. I was shocked samsung too so long on ui 7 my pixel was on 15 new in box last august and android 16 in June after this im sure people will be getting other device makes..

nice we got a samsung real support here AKEEB 👍 got to get used to a samsung again lol I did notice notifications were missing on the Lock Screen worst case senerio I can have a friend of mine root the device back tu ui 6.1 how my old s24u was when I sold it last summer too I don't like the iOS look in ui 7 at all that battery icon ehhhh its annoying seeing that and others

So much hype about UI 7 and in reality is 70% junk upgrades.

Where is my pop up circle animation when plugged to charge? ...really! 🥺 Samsung software developers suck!

The option to select that feature should be included for the user to on/off

I been posting how good it was and now im selling my other s 24 ultra 15 ui 7 sucks on a samsung but they are getting like iOS apple now glad I have my google pixel 9 pro xl ill have android 16 ui 8 in June or July this year 2025 im beta 3 16 now and looks much better on a pixel samsung probably make their own boring ui like apple on 16 ui 8 so im threw with samsung I was a long time user since the not 4 and s 4 series im done good riddance samsung sorry to say..and im sure others agree with me but may favor different devices to go to im checking over seas devices too iPhone and apple heck no 15 ui 7 is just a iOS simplified version of iOS heck if your a dedicated samsung user you may as well use a iPhone 4 gods sake.. just my opinion I hate the new status bar on samsung ui 7 no visible signal 5g uc or lte and that apple looking battery I con the bubble sucks..

I concur. Yes, the battery indicators/icons (when you plug in/unplug or the super small "pill" icon in the upper right went backwards in UI design.

Also, the UI in general also feels like a backward design SMH. 

Wish I hadn't updated either.

they hired apples engineers and fired their own gee ui 7 looks like iOS
