One UI 7 App-Drawer Bug

Does anyone with One UI 7 also have this flashing top and bottom Bars when closing a Folder ? is it an UI Bug or is my phone messed up after this update.

Sure here is a Screenshot from the video. The blurred background briefly flashes white during the folder closing animation, top and bottom. I checked on another phone with One UI 6.1 and this does not happen there.
