Not receiving Updates

I received s24 ultra with network at&t usa and using phone from nepal

I have seen no updates since july 1

Hi there 👋, and warm welcome, your phone is out of region and that's why you not received any updates since July, you can try update your phone via smart switch on your PC, also at&t shows that the last update was on June 1st you can double check that on this link https://www.att.com/device-support/article/wireless/000101296/Samsung/SamsungSMS928U which is also suggests that your phone should be within US range

I had this issue, I resorted to using Odin and updating manually

Smart switch is also not showing any updates

You could try using USA VPN on your phone, or trying different sim cards, or somehow getting at&t sim card and see if that would work, if not unfortunately there's not much you can do about it since phone is outside region and needs to be in region to get updates you could return your device and buy the one who is within your region.

On here we don't encourage people flashing devices using odin as it has potential risks like "bricking" your device as well if you flash your device with odin you will void any warranty that you have.
