Is the issue still resolved on your phone or was it just temporary? I'm having similar issues on my s24 Ultra and have tried everything suggested on other posts but all fixes have only temporarily resolved the issue.

Found the permanent solution for this issue:
From.your phone, go to Settings> Connections.
Find the WIFI name then click the settings/gear icon.
Scroll down and look for IP Settings, change it to 'Static'.
Change DNS 1 to 8.8.8.8
Change DNS 2 to 1.1.1.1
Save the settings.
Problem resolved!

Hi there, this just started happening to me yesterday. No idea what's caused it but I contacted samsung and first got told all the various things like clear cache, force stp, reinstall the affected apps.. then none of that worked and they said factory reset.. I backed up first on samsung cloud.. list ALL MY PICTURES AND NOTES and no fix! Then told to do general management in settings and reset all settings.. this worked but only because it kicked the wifi off! Back to square one... what's the permanent fix?

I am having the same problem. Constantly having to switch to data. I've tried the Settings>apps. Tap 3 dots in the corner. Tap Reset app preferences. option from @Robin999

HI again, Yes, same here.. as above.. who in this world uses apps on mobile data when one is at home paying or a wifi network? Hoping Samsung put this right. My phone is 5 mo old!

Find 'Data Usage' in Settings> Allowed Network for apps> change setting to Mobile Data Preferred.
This is just a temporary solution so your device stays connected to WIFI for the other unaffected apps.
