Hi 👋
I still don't understand why my Samsung S24 ultra Verizon won't update here in the UK. Still on October 2024 patch.
I relocated down to the UK and currently using Vodafone. I have not been able to get update on my phone since last year. Model is SM-S928U.
I need solutions?

Hi @Vaiza There can be issues if the device is being used outside of the intended region. You could try Smart Switch on a Pc to see if an update is available via that method https://www.samsung.com/uk/apps/smart-switch/
There can also be an issue with app compatibility and it is advisable to change the country as shown here https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/apps-services/how-to-change-your-samsung-account-country-or-regio...

This doesn't make sense. My iPhone can be updated anywhere in the world. I've received multiple updates in the last months. But Samsung, no! I guess this will be my last Samsung device.

Changing location on profile doesn't work.
