No Software Update Yet!

It has been 12 days since Feb started, still Samsung didn't push any Software Update! Not even a feb Security Patch!

And they are promising 7 years of OS Update! Funny! 

If Samsung keeps doing like this, like pushing updates late, slow FOR THE FLAGSHIPS! It gonna make users to feel disappointed. 

I'm already disappointed about Samsung's Software Updates. Always late! 

We need many fixes for the S24 Series! Specially the camera app.

Any form of software updates typically comes at the end of every month.

Ideally, I'd like the multi-billion$ top tier mobile phone manufacturer to roll out an update (that isn't full of bugs) for the faults in the flagship hardware that they manufactured, within a reasonable amount of time. Or at least to formally acknowledge the issues either way before the return window closed for most of us who pre-ordered.

S24 Series is the ONLY Samsung devices using One UI6.1 (all others upgraded to One Ui6 are at 6.0).

S24 Series - you question the "delays", many people who ordered during the "pre-order" stage haven't even received their devices yet.

Yet you whine about the fact that a device that is only 19 days old has not yet had any updates?

Can anyone on here provide any similar cases with Apple, Google, Oppo/One Plus, Xiaomi, Honor etc ever releasing updates within the first 19 days?

Sorry but your expectations are completely off the scale. You'll get the updates when Samsung are good and ready.

Which carrier do you have? Unlocked phone? S22 / S22+ or S24 Ultra

Base s22 with tesco/O2. Unlocked (or at least it should be)

S21+ (UK 5G) February 2024 security patch installed early this morning! Own 24 ultra (direct from samsung pre-order) no security patch, no software update!
