Have proof that the 24 ultra isn't worth the money all they say is it understand you have a problem but can't fix it. Have had samsung at least 10 years maybe it's time for me and my family/friends search else where where they can actually fix then problem when it happens

I've had my Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra pretty much from Launch date ,and I've had zero issues.
That in no way dismisses people who have.
What issues have you personally been experiencing may I ask ?
If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.
I think most people understand that from time to time things can go wrong with tech ~ which can affect confidence in the brand.
It's then how this is dealt with that can instill confidence back into the brand.
