Neutron player pauses then carries on

So open neutron play music press home open bank app neutron player pauses then it carries on

The idea behind a proper factory reset is that you don't recover apps and settings from backup but instead install apps as and when required and set up as new.

Rest of stuff can be recovered like contacts, messages, photos etc.

Not used Neutron in a long-time as switched to PowerAmp.

Have you tried and cache clear or uninstall?
Maybe check if it's license based it is recognised.

Probably the app needs an update then.

You'd have keep checking both Google and galaxy stores for app updates.

Also check permissions for app

Yep done that I have power amp to I also tried hibi player all other music players work just neutron doesn't

I've bought usb audio player pro that has no problems so it's deffo a neutron player problem
